Morgan Horses: Meet Our Lovely Mares

We celebrate the extraordinary beauty, grace, and rarity of one of the finest Morgan mares in the breed. Shez Beyond Marvelous is a  2018 homozygous splash Morgan — one of only approximately 17 known in the world — embodying the perfect blend of stunning conformation, impeccable temperament, and unparalleled genetic value.

"Mariah" is renowned for her striking appearance and exceptional qualities. Thanks to her rare genetics and the exceptional quality of her foals she has become a cornerstone of our breeding program, reliably producing splash foals with outstanding color, movement, and versatility. Shez Beyond Marvelous delivers beyond expectations and two of her fillies have been retained as future broodmare prospects.

Mariah is homozygous dominant black extension and homozygous splash buckskin Morgan (EE Aa nCr SW1SW1). She is a very rare registered Morgan with a pinto pattern, striking blue eyes and a large belly spot. She cannot produce any red-based foals (chestnut, palomino, or red dun). Foals sired by our stallion will all be guaranteed splash in 25% black, 25% Smoky black, 25% buckskin, and 25% bay.

She descends on top and bottom of her pedigree from the highly regarded Marvelous Intrigue (a Regional Hunter and In-hand Champion, known for contributing to her splash gene) through Marvelous Ideal (a Lippitt Champion Sire of Get). Her pedigree offers additional Lippitt Foundation influence on several other lines, enhancing her value and the consistent quality in her foals.

Roseridge Tempest is a striking 2014 bay homozygous splash white mare whose rarity meets remarkable! Standing 14.3h tall, “Tessa” has consistently passed her eye-catching white color patterns, athleticism and exceptional temperament to her offspring. She is (EeAA SW1/SW1 n/W20).

Known for her gentle and sweet disposition, Tessa is a pleasure to handle and work with, embodying the breed’s renowned intelligence, eagerness to please and kind nature. Her solid and correct conformation provides a foundation for outstanding athleticism that is passed to her offspring.

Tessa benefits from the powerful influence of the most impactful sires of the 20th century such as Issues and Answers, Tedwin Topic, Cedar Creekharlequin and more. As successful show horses they sired a dynasty of Champions whose Morgan influence continues today and Tessa adds the bonus of modern splash genetics. She has produced notable foals, including the grand champion daughter Roseridge Harlequin’s Joy (sired by Cedar Creekharlequin), a 2020 bay splash mare who earned accolades such as the 2024 AMHA World Champion title as a four-year-old, the 2024 High Point Award, and the 2025 WDAA World Show Overall Champion.

As a reliable and proven flashy white producer, her foals inherit her bold white patterns, blue eyes and expressive color. 2020 Splash (Ee AA n/SW1) Baylee is an exciting addition that beautifully complements our program. As a stunning example of a Morgan horse pedigree, she boasts excellent conformation and big, balanced movement. Her superior disposition is warm, willing, kind, and gentle, evoking a sense of 'harmony.'

Baylee's pedigree was meticulously planned to feature the 'best of the best.' Both the top and bottom of her pedigree include the multi-World Champion, Noble Flair, who has produced a dynasty of Champions. He is widely recognized as one of the most influential sires of Champions in the breed and his legacy continues to thrive in the most prestigious Morgan breeding programs today. Baylee is linebred on both sides to his son, the distinguished World Champion sire, Issues 'N Answers. This sire is known for producing the 2-time Western Pleasure World Champion, Firecrest E-ticket. His remarkable record includes many offspring that have also achieved Champion status, along with numerous others awarded National and World Champion Top 10 positions. The long list of his successful Champion get and their offspring is extensive!

The American Morgan Horse Association Hall of Fame inductee, Chasley Superman, holds the record for the highest number of World Champion Mare awards in Grand National history, and Baylee carries three lines to him in her Morgan horse pedigree. With 28 Champion titles, his impact on the Morgan breed is undeniable, particularly as a sire of some of the most memorable and successful show horse Champions. She's a captivating 2011 Palomino, (e/e, A/a, N/Cr) blending rare golden beauty and unmistakable classic Morgan type. At 15.3 hands Savannah is an exquisite mare with a remarkable Morgan horse pedigree. Destined for motherhood she's the on-site nanny for the foals and my personal pleasure riding mount. Savannah has produced exceptional taller Morgans that are conformationally correct, athletic, and true to the breed standard. While she is currently not in production, her lineage adds to the appeal of Morgans for sale, including splash Morgan offspring and she may be bred in the future.

Mandy embodies all the exceptional qualities that her late sire, La Cheval Knight Royale, consistently passed on to his foals. As a result of her unique Morgan horse pedigree, Mandy cannot produce red-based offspring (chestnut, palomino), and we are excited that she will be a black splash producer for our program.

Mandy's late sire, "Knight," was both the grandson and great-grandson of the four-time World Champion, UVM Promise, who has left a remarkable legacy on the breed through the numerous champions he produced. Her sire was also a grandson of the esteemed Grand National Champion, UVM Tennyson, who was a dual performance/in-hand champion. He sired Grand Champions such as UVM Opportunity, Cum Laude Nell, and Hall of Fame inductee UVM Windfall, with many of his offspring enjoying admirable show careers.
